1. Becoming a Registered User: Once you have filled out and submitted the Registration form provided on our website, you are officially a registered user of ChineseInkDesign.com. ChineseInkDesign.com and ChineseInkOnline.com are both owned and operated by Chinese Ink Online, LLC, and as such all Terms of Use are binding to not just ChineseInkDesign.com, but to Chinese Ink Online, LLC as well. All instances of “our”, “us”, “ChineseInkDesign.com”, and “we” refer to Chinese Ink Online, LLC. You agree that by becoming a user with Chinese Ink Online, LLC, you might receive periodic e-mails from us.
2. Changing your Account Information: You must use your user email and the password you entered during the signup process (unless you have since changed your password) if you wish to change any of your account information. Chinese Ink Online, LLC is not responsible for the misuse of your user login information. Please keep your password somewhere safe from other potential users.
3. Liability: Regarding the sending of e-mail, for marketing purposes or otherwise, we agree to comply with all federal, state and local laws (Including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2004). You agree that Chinese Ink Online, LLC is never liable for accidental or indirect financial losses due to an attack on our server, damage or loss to our database information, or other errors. Chinese Ink Online, LLC makes no assumption that the operation of ChineseInkDesign.com is always free of error, and we are not liable for any errors or website interruptions. In jurisdictions which do not permit the limitation or exclusion of liability for damages, whether said damages are incidental or consequential, we are only liable in these areas to the extent allowed by local laws. Chinese Ink Online, LLC has the right to terminate or edit any and all of this agreement at any given time, regardless of notice given to the user. All information which is collected or created through the operation of Chinese Ink Online, LLC and ChineseInkDesign.com is owned by Chinese Ink Online, LLC (including interest, rights and titles). Any Independent Contractors working for Chinese Ink Online, LLC, as well as employees of Chinese Ink Online, LLC itself, are not liable for damages (whether they are consequential, incidental, accidental, direct or indirect) stemming from the operation or the inability to operate any of the services we offer. Regarding the liability of Chinese Ink Online, LLC, we disclaim all liability and any losses stemming from the failure of incorrect delivery of information, natural and/or man-made disasters, interruption of service, incorrect, erroneous or omitted statements in any of the Chinese Ink Online, LLC Terms of Use, interruptions to our login page and misuse of the registered users login information.4. Removal from Membership Program: Chinese Ink Online, LLC reserves the right to end or suspend your status as a registered user, paid member or affiliate for any reason. The following are common reasons for an end or suspension to a user’s status: Spamming, advertising on websites which promote or contain illegal/and or immoral activities, data-mining, copying of any Chinese Ink Online, LLC copyrighted materials and false advertising.
6. Breach of Agreement: Chinese Ink Online, LLC reserves the right to notify any user about a failure on the user’s part to abide by any part of the Terms of Use. The user has 5 business days from the time of receipt to respond, and Chinese Ink Online, LLC reserves the right to end the user’s status if the response is not satisfactory in our opinion. Chinese Ink Online, LLC reserves the right to use this option to deal with a possible breach, although we may also end the users’ status without an investigation.

DISCLAIMER: CHINESE INK ONLINE, LLC PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF CHINESEINKONLINE.COM AND CHINESEINKDESIGN.COM OR ANYTHING INCLUDED ON EITHER WEBSITE, SUCH AS CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR DATA. CHINESE INK ONLINE, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CHINESEINKONLINE.COM AND CHINESEINKDESIGN.COM, ITS SERVERS, OR ANY E-MAIL SENT FROM US ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS OF ANY KIND. CHINESE INK ONLINE, LLC PROVIDES YOU THIS WEBSITE ON AN “AS IS” FOOTING. CHINESE INK ONLINE, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY KIND OF DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR BEING AN AFFILIATE TO CHINESEINKONLINE.COM AND CHINESEINKDESIGN.COM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL AND/OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF CHINESEINKONLINE.COM AND CHINESEINKDESIGN.COM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. CHINESE INK ONLINE, LLC HEREBY ADVISES ALL USERS OF ITS CHINESE CHARACTER SEARCH ENGINES TO TRIPLE CHECK THEIR PURCHASED CHARACTERS WITH OUTSIDE SOURCES WHEN USING SAID CHARACTERS IN A PERMANENT OR NON PERMANENT FASHION.8. Legal Age: All users must be of a legal age to join us. You attest that you are of a legal age and sound mind, and are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
9. Terms of Agreement: During your time as an registered user and/or premium member with Chinese Ink Online, LLC (from signup to cancellation/termination of user status), all terms of this agreement remain active and as such you are held liable to maintain an agreeable status.
10. Legal Action: All Terms of Use in this agreement are interpreted and handled through the laws of the Republic of China, Taiwan. Any and all legal action must be initiated and held in Taiwan, which will have complete jurisdiction over any and all matters of law relating to Chinese Ink Online, LLC.
11. Linking to ChineseInkDesign.com: As a user of Chinese Ink Online, LLC, you are permitted to used text and graphical links on your website, as well as through electronic correspondence, as long as it is in agreement with the Terms of Use and Affiliate Program Terms of Use. All custom graphics for advertising must first be approved by a member of the Chinese Ink Online, LLC staff.
12. Right of Refusal: Chinese Ink Online, LLC reserves the right to refuse anyone status as a user for any reason. We are not liable to anyone for damage or losses resulting from such a refusal.
13. Non-Partnership: By becoming a registered user of Chinese Ink Online, LLC, you agree that you are not forming any kind of partnership with us, and nothing in the Terms of Use will be assumed by the user as forming such a partnership.
14. Modifying this Agreement: At any time during your term as a user with Chinese Ink Online, LLC, we reserve the right to modify any and all of the services offered, as well as change the Terms of Use. You agree to periodically check our Terms of Use for revisions or modifications, and if you are in disagreement over the changes, you must cancel your status as a user, which will take effect upon our notification of your intent to cancel. All changes made to the Terms of Use become effective at the time of posting or notification correspondence. By not cancelling your status as a user, you agree to abide by these changes at the time of posting or notification correspondence.
15. Chinese Ink Online, LLC Indemnity Policy: By becoming a user with Chinese Ink Online, LLC, you promise to indemnify us, and this promise will be upheld in the event of a lawsuit from a third party. By becoming a user with Chinese Ink Online, LLC and ChineseInkDesign.com, you declare that all of our employees, contractors and management are free from all claims (third parties included), liabilities and expenses. You agree that we are not to be held accountable for any copyright infringement, or other legal limitation, by you or another with access to your account.
16. Note: In the Terms of Use, all references to the “user”, also apply to the “registered user”, “member” and “premium member”. Each of these terms are interchangeable, and all policies apply to all of them.
17. Agreement: By continuing, you agree that you have read, understand and accept the ChineseInkDesign.com Affiliate Program Terms of Use.
